FS9.cgf???

I am trying to locate my FS2004 config file..In the read me it's states it's located in DRIVE:Documents and SettingsUSERNAMEApplication DataMicrosoftFS9 ..But I have looked and nothing. I did install fs under C:fs2004 so I am wondering if that is it?Any help?
