Idle thrust too high (again, deja vue, ts,...)

HII have attained MSFS's idle thrust problem again in FS9.Even with parking brakes on, the lear is slowly creeping forward.I tweaked the axis settings for null etc.. and also re-calibrated my joystick CH pro both inside and ourtside FS9.Also the KingAir has become unusable.This was NOT the case when I first loaded FS(. Instead of reloading the sim I was wondering what the proper fix, other than an FSUIPC purchase is used.(?)Allen
