http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=libraryscroll to the registry repair tool, download it and run it. It will prompt to inform where your fs9.exe is located. just let him know and you should be fine

Thank you. And now this will sound studpid, but here goes: I downloaded the tool and ran it. It opened a file manager window. Do I select my FS9 folder or a more specific location?

just browse to your fs9.exe. It will update your registry to point there
