March 11, 201016 yr Hi allI rather like the Cloud type---Thunderstorm setting in default weather----is it possible to Enable/Disable the thunder and lightning effects?I do have a sight problem and wear glasses and the lightning is almost painful in particular when flying at night,so I would like to use the clouds on there own if this is possible.Thanks in advance for any help,Eddie.
March 11, 201016 yr Hello,That's must be possible ...The weather you use is a themeWeather themes are located here ...C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\WeatherSo it must be possible to edit the theme you like and save it as another (personnal) theme.The only problem is to have a theme editor and know the syntax of the weather themes...I never studied those options.Maybe some meteo gurus will take you by the hand :)Regards.Gus.
