Hi allI rather like the Cloud type---Thunderstorm setting in default weather----is it possible to Enable/Disable the thunder and lightning effects?I do have a sight problem and wear glasses and the lightning is almost painful in particular when flying at night,so I would like to use the clouds on there own if this is possible. Thanks in advance for any help,Eddie.

Hello,That's must be possible ...The weather you use is a themeWeather themes are located here ...C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\WeatherSo it must be possible to edit the theme you like and save it as another (personnal) theme. The only problem is to have a theme editor and know the syntax of the weather themes...I never studied those options.Maybe some meteo gurus will take you by the hand :)Regards.bye.gifGus.
