need help adding 3rd party scenery to fs2004!!

I am having trouble getting my 3rd party scenry to show up in FS9. I have created a new folder as i did for Fs2002 within the FS9 main folder add then added it through the settings, scenery tabs in the main start up menu but when i go to the airport-in this case the great KCLE by the same guy who did KDCA all i get is the deafault airport. can anyone help,me out?
