August 1, 200322 yr hi all,for those who are interested Bill Molonys fs2k2 addon scenery for Atlanta (skyline, Turner field and Hartsfield airport) works flawlessly for me in fs2k4. if you still have fs2k2 with Bills scenery successfully installed per Bills instructions, go to the fs2k2 addon scenery folder copy and paste Bills main scenery folder only(Atlanta by Molony)into the fs2k4 addon scenery folder. then follow the steps below. "these are instructions per Peter McCleland at the Flightsim site for installing addon scenery in fs2k4. There has been a change here...Scenery Library is no longer accessable from inside the Sim. You must access it from the Startup screen:- here is the full sequence of keystrokes to add a piece of your old FS2002 scenery:-Startup Screen > Settings > Scenery LibraryClick Add Area button.Browse to your scenery in your old FS2002 folder.Click on it to open it BUT DO NOT highlight the scenery folder as we used to do (this would prevent it working).Click OKThe scenery will now be at the top of the list and Enabled.Click OKExit FS by clicking the X at top right corner of the Settings Screen.Confirm that you wish to exit FS.Now Re-Start FS and the scenery will be added and the indexes rebuilt during the start up sequence. That is all there is to it but many people will be trapped by the fact that they are used to highlighting the scenery folder before clicking OK...this worked in FS2002 and FS2000 but if you do it in FS2004, the window will stick and the scenery will NOT be added. happy flyin, fm
August 1, 200322 yr Hey,Thanks for the info, but I have a question for you. In the readme file that accompanies the Atlanta scenery, should I be moving the scenery entry just like the readme suggests?
