March 24, 201016 yr HelloSeveral days ago I have bought a few programs for FSX / MD-11:- FOC (Flight Operation Center)- Topcat (Performance calculator)- Navigraph (Charts)Until now, I could not figure out how to create a flightplan with FOC for the PMDG MD-11. The flight plan format is either .001 or .fpl. To enter a flightplan into the FMS, the format must be .rte - what I could see so far...Is anyone experienced in FOC?Best regardsMathias Sutter
March 25, 201016 yr FOC is a great program, but any user must read the manuals. It is imperitive. In short, you have to use the FOC Router to create the flight plan, then use the FOC main program to enter all the pertinent info (A/C type, weights, etc.) and then when you have created a flight plan, you would select RLS on the right side of the plan window. After you print it, youll see an "FS" icon on the top of the main FOC window, click that and then itll allow you to select the .fpl that you just created and released and convert it into FS coded plans.
