CH Throttle Quadrant repair ......KUDOS!

FTor any of you who has a quadrant and the levers are sloppy and hard to control, (I had this condition, but the unit was five+ years old), send it back to CH for a repair, and what a difference!! These guys did a SUPER job of replacing the levers so all work like new..........all for $48 bucks.......I am extremely pleased with this service!!...........BUT, I just asked them to do the same with my CH Yoke, (also five + years old), and they now say no repairs available if the unit is "out of warrantee"...........has anyone else had this customer service treatment??................Maybe I misunderstood, but I cannot imagine any manufacturer refusing to fix their products.......just a word to the wise...........B42L8FFF
