April 18, 201016 yr any help appreciated. Have GeForce 9800 card, runs fine. What I am seeing in several third party add-ons is a kind of shimmering around all gauges -- very fine lines at edges, looks as if I'm seeing background scenery as small slits around gauges, MFD's, etc. As if you could see light from behing the edges of the gauges shining through. I would think the virtual cockpit would be a solid image, not able to be seen through?? Thanks for any suggestions. Can send a pic but don't know how to do that. Greg
April 18, 201016 yr Hi,To upload i picture:1. Click the browse button and pick the file you want to upload:2. Click the upload button to perform the upload:3. Open up the drop down list and click the leftmost button to insert the code into the editor:This post now looks like this: You may use Paint to resize a big picture and then save it as a JPG-file, which will reduce the file size.Good luck!

April 18, 201016 yr thanks for the help, but what I need is info on how to save a pic in FSX.Press the "V" key in FSX and a picture will be saved in the folder C:\Users\<your_logon_name>\Pictures\Flight Simulator X Files. This if you use Vista. The saved file will be in BMP format and will be too big to upload on avsim. Use Paint to resize the picture and then save it as a JPG fileI hope it's the V key. I've changed some default button assignments in FSX. But you may easily find out what key you should use in FSX.And please don't quote posts that contain several images :(
