Which aircraft? Default aircraft? Commercial addon aircraft? Did you install shockwave lights then uninstall? There are some addons that delete lighting effects when the addon is uninstalled. Some overwrite the effects. In these cases, you'll have to reinsert the FSX DVD's and do a repair to get those effects back. There are a lot of discussions regarding this issue throughout the Internet. I found several posts via Google. It's really a major issue with many! I don't notice it much as I do 99% of my FS flying during the daylight hours.Best regards,Jim

Both default and commercial addons. You say, insert the FSX DVD and make a repair. Do i have to run the 3 CD's or only the first one or two first one? And also will i have to reinstall all commercial addons. Could you tell me exactly what to do. Many thanksLmaire
