We have received reports that the DVD installation for REX 2 from our various vendors is failingfor Windows XP SP3 users. Although, we have not been able to confirm that this problem is limited to only Windows XP users, we do have a solution to the problem.First, we are very sorry for the inconvience this has caused our dedicated users and supports and we aim to correct thematter with the upmost integrity.The temporary solution is to copy all the files from the DVD to your hard drive.
