FS2004: Win98 Vs WinXP (pics)

All right friends i'm up and running with a dual boot.I was just curious and did some experimenting comparing FS2004 behaviour using two different OS.My system spec:P4 2.53@2.81 on ASUS P4PE512 MB ramASUS GeForce4 TI42000 (core@275 - memory@530)All pictures were take using same saved flight, slewed at 3000ft.All pictures were originally 1280x960x32 and have been resized to 800x600x32 but NOT EDITED (the original pictures were a little more sharp). Both OS use same FS9.cfgThe first picture shows Milan city in Win98 using Omega Det's v.43.45 quality version (same set i used for long time also in FS2002); in this case i didn't tweak drivers using Riva Tuner.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29372.jpgFollowing pictures were take in WinXP using five different driver sets; this time in Riva Tuner i set Mipmapping LOD to -3, VSync always off, Anisotropy 8, AA 0.41.09http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29373.jpg44.03http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29374.jpg45.20http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29375.jpglast arrived 45.23 http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/29376.jpgAs you can see, no one of WinXP pictures can reach same sharpness of the Win98 one.So my question is: what i can do for getting same image quality in WinXP?Thanks a lot my friends for your opinions.cheersLuigi ;-)

well, can you please tell me where i can find that LOD patch? Can you provide a link for downloading?Further, in the afternoon i tried to set AA=0 and Anisotropy=8 in NVidia Media Center (instead of setting those values in Riva Tuner) and image quality improved a lot. Thanks in advanceP.S. I've found the patch script in Power User section of program. Should i use LODBiasFix w2k.rts in WinXP?cheersLuigi ;-)
