Multi Crew Experience ATC Now Supports GoFlight Radio Modules

Featured Replies

The folks at FS++ snuck in a neat little feature with the latest release of Multi Crew Experience. You can now dial up your required ATC frequency using the cockpit radio dials or an external radio module like the GF-46 and MCE will go find the nearest station known to FSX ATC in that area with that frequency and connect you to it, so you can start speaking to ATC without calling up the ATC menus and selecting options - all done automatically. They have announced it as Work in Progress, and there are indeed some minor wrinkles in the initial release (mainly due to limitations in FSX ATC I think), but so far it looks pretty good.I know you can do this kind of stuff with other products like VoxATC, but personally I find MCE ATC more usable for my purposes (mainly VFR flying). And cheaper ! And, as others have said, the FS++ technical support (via email) is excellent.
