Questions Settings for Concerning FSMETEO and FS 2004

I have FSUIPC 3.01 (registered version) and FSMeteo Version 6.01.I have a telephone modemconnection so I usually download FSMeteo weather and then stay off line.As I understand, and as used to happen in FS 2004, as I fly along, the weather should change according to what I downloadedin FSMETEO. However, that does not seem to be happening in FS2004FSMetei, the weather does not seem to change and I think it is because of my settings in FSUIPC or in FS 2004.First , what effect does the "Rate of Change" of weather in FS2004 in the settings page have on the changing weather of FSMETEO?Second, what effect does the "Clear Weather Stop Dynamics" in FSUIPC on the Technal page have on FSMETEO? Are there any other settings that I am missing. Thanks for any help. Brad Storm
