msinet.ocx fs metar

i am triying to install fs metar for fs9 and fsx and i have msinet.ocx error.i have downloaded the file and copy to system32 and run cmd then write "regsvr32 msinet.ocx" and i get that error :"the module msinet.ocx may not compatible thr version of using blah blah..."i am using win7 64 bit, uac disabled, cmd run as admin but no sense.i need your helpregards
