Poor graphics on new GTX 480

Featured Replies

Hi I've just purchased a new Zotac GTX480 and yes the performance is a massive improvement the quality isn't. In FSX and FS9 the picture is very jagged. I've tried running with nhancer on and off, set both AA and AF to max in nvidia control panel and nhancer, but the jagged picture remains can anyone suggest what is wrong. Many thanks in advance. Jez

I had to search far and wide for the answer. Actually, the answer lies one thread below yours, in the post entitled "NickN's Techniques for the 257(s)...." which contains this link: http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=34873 . Follow his instructions. Took care of the jaggies I was seeing in FS9 on my new 480.

Yeah sorry I'll hold my hands up to that one. I was getting a bit too worried to see the wood for the trees. Lets hope 2.6 nhancer isn't too far way. Thanks, here's to happy flying, fingers crossed. Jez
