July 31, 201015 yr Hi. I decided to fire up the BT (I have the 2002 diosk version) for FSX. Carefully followed the instructions in the FSX patch (since I have the 2002 version, I patched to FS9, then applied the FSX patch).BUT when I click on the BT icon in Free Flight, the BT plane is GREYED OUT! And when I click anyway to start the flight, it is greyed out in the sim and crashed FSX. I HAVE followed the install instructions carefully. A grey out plane means an issue with texture shader. Right? Pls help. Running Win 7 (saw the topic on Win 7, FSX and BT on this forum page...but could not work out what the guy was saying...)...Service pack 2 etc.apoll
August 4, 201015 yr Yikes! It is quiet here; can't get any response to my issue. No one has any idea on what this could be?? No one has seen or even heard of grayed out textures? What about you blokes that put the package together from MAAM?? I would really like to use your product in FSX! Any help at all????apoll :(
January 10, 201214 yr apoll. I am having the same problem with my BT, along with other problems, all result in FSX crashing with BT......If i cannot fix this problem i may just wait for Vertigo studios to release their B-25 Mitchell....It looks a real hands on aircraft. They are developing it just for FSX, SP2 and Acceleration..... Its a sad case for briefing time because my 2004 version was such a great aircraft, and so hands on.....This update still dont give us the full 3-D cockpit, and the preflight, startup and taxi proceedures the 2004 gave us.....I assume the 2002 version had the same features.... Will miss the great repaints that MAAM has though...... here is VStudios address to check out their B-25. www.vertigostudios.co.uk They have some other great aircraft in development as well.....one being the Mosquito.
