Install error

Hello all, I needed to re-install FSX the other day and when I went to re-install the PMDG 747-400 (running the .exe program) but when ever I do it I always get a box with a red cross and nothing happens. Ca anyone help me out?

Full names in this forum please. The red X in the display indicates an error with validation. Did it tell you that validation worked during installation?

Hi, My full name is my user name (Unless you want my middle name aswel) :(, and no I run the installer and the red X apperes: Screenshot below no ask for any password, account email etc744.png
