Problem with the panel

Featured Replies

Here are 2 pictures of the panel I have... I tried to find a solution on this forum, but no topic was answering to my problem. My configuration is Windows 7 64 bits, my graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT120 and the processor is an Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 2.33Ghtz and my Flight Simulator program with the MD11 is FSX.On this computer, I have FS9 installed too. I have other PMDG products installed on both FS.Thank you for your help.D. Loiseau

Here is a post on this same problem, posted yesterday, with my answer this morning. In case the link should fail, here is what I said."
Please sign your full name (1st and last) to posts in this forum, per forum rules, thanks. The dark screens could be 1 of 2 problems. 1. - It's a validation issue. You did get the validation screen when you installed it, didn't you?2. - Your start up procedures are wrong. Is ground power hooked up? Bat on? IRS's aligning? etc..."
*I believe the problem you're having is definitely a validation problem since the Red X's. I suggest you open a support ticket on the PMDG web site. I also recommend the signing full name part, since this way support can confirm your eligibility of having a legit copy :(

I just sent an e-mail to the PMDG support. I want to precise it's after an update of the system that it doesn't working well, before, with Windows Vista I had no problems and I flew with the MD11 with no problem. On the pic I sent, engines are on. Another thing, I use FSX with acceleration add on.Thank you for your answerDavid Loiseau
