Generally we use airport ground charts which is shown how we can taxi to terminal or parking ramp. Default sceneries (you may update with newest AFCAD file)and all addon sceneries are includes taxiwaysigns and direction arrows along runway and taxiways. You can see which exit can be use for vacating.In online flight, ATC may say exits names or says only "vacate when able right or left". If you don't have charts you can take nearest exits to terminal side. You have to attention a few points;HST (high speed taxiways) are only usuable in your landing direction, do not use opposite landing direction HST for exit from runway. High speed taxiways are can be recognise like as , they are approx 20~40 degree angle by runway. You can use HST with 40~60knt gorund speed while vacating runway. (it does work immediatly vacate to runway in heavy traffics)90degree turn exits; usual exit way from runway in most medium size airports. You have to slow down 10~15knt ground speed just before turning point. 90 degree exits can be several along runway thastwhy, get a decide which exit usuable for you (generally use close to end of runway) ,adjust your speed after landing and keep your avarage speed until exit points. Otherwise if you made hard break in the middle of runway, it takes too much time to make taxi into runway until exit points.Spot points or backtrack; some of small or medium size airports haven't got taxiways along runway for goes to begin of runways. There should be only one taxiway connected into runway and it can be anypoint of runway lenght. At thiat time, you will see some spot points somewhere on runway (at least one) and begin of runway there should be "back track zone". Spot points does work; after landing you don't need to make taxi until begin of runway back track zone. You can use spot points for making back track (becouse runway widht couldn't be enough for nosewheel turning track) and you can go to exit point to parking ramp.If you missed spot point, no problem, you can go to begin of runway, use back track zone, make back track and taxi to runway. And make pray for there aren't plane on approach :)
