Hi,It seems on Directx official site at Microsoft he 8.1b is not there. i saw 8.1 from last march. So I wonder if it is reallyr relased?CheersMichel

From what I understand 8.1b is no different than 8.1, it is just re-packaged so one version covers all OS. You're not missing anything.
