September 9, 201015 yr Dear PMDG Team,I made a JS41 purchase on 3 Sept 2010 and am yet to receive an email with the downlaod link. When I completed the purchase I received an error message and immediately logged this but nothing has changed since then. The order number in question is 144015.Anyone else know about this problem and how to resolve, pleas help.Thank you.Levi Thamage
September 9, 201015 yr Hi Levi, There was a problem last week with either their website or server host. It was said to be resolved but maybe it's acting up again. As long as your name in your post matches the order you should hear back from someone soon.
