August 24, 200322 yr Guys, before the FS2004 release, we watched a video showing a Curtiss, I think, entering and exiting a hangar with some chickens. Any idea what place is that? Thanks,Andy http://www.x-plane.org/users/mirage/signature2.jpg
August 24, 200322 yr It's a pre-made flight wich you can find under the short flights section in the select a flight menu. I wouldn't know where it is but a quick look at the map should tell you.The strength of the turbulence is directly proportional to the temperature of your coffee.
August 24, 200322 yr Author Andy, you'll find it here:Select A Flight, choose Category: 1920 Barnstorming with Tex Marshall.Choose a Flight: Leg 06: Barnstorming at EdgefieldRead the Flight Briefing that follows and you'll find the chickens!(I'm not sure if they're fried, frozen, grilled or baked but if you're in the U.S., please don't disclose their location to Colonel Sanders:-)-GeorgeM at 5B6
August 24, 200322 yr Thanks a lot guys! :-) I've already found it and had some fun over there :-)http://www.x-plane.org/users/mirage/airshow.jpghttp://www.x-plane.org/users/mirage/signature2.jpg
August 24, 200322 yr If you look into the Effects folders, you'll find a file that makes the chickens fly.It seems that since the release of FS9, the chickens got kinda used to barnstorming and are staying there, and the effects file is not used.Maybe you need to barnstorm with a 777 to make them fly, I have not tried. :+--Machdiamond
August 24, 200322 yr How do you make that FX flying chicken file work? Rob "Holland&Holland" de Vries http://www.emotipad.com/emoticons/Flying.gif"A Bad Day At The Field Is Still Better Then A Good Day At Work"
August 24, 200322 yr Yeah, I'd like to know as well! Interesting! Maybe the chickens are not directed to that effects file?Andyhttp://www.x-plane.org/users/mirage/signature2.jpg
