How are people getting addon aircraft to show up as AI aircraft?

Featured Replies

How are these guys doing this? I would love to see some really nice AI aircraft like this pic...34011.jpgHow do I do it? Do you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out? :-badteeth

There are several ways of going about it.1. The best way some will say, would be to manually install Project AI or FS Painter aircraft, and flight schedules, using a program called TTools. Yes you damm near do have to be a rocket scientist and have alot of time on your hands. :-)More info at TTools forum here at AVSIM.2. Go to http://projectai.flight1.net and use their auto installers.Check the forums there for mor info.3. Check out Ultimate Traffic at http://ultimatetraffic.flight1.netA great program to work with. Although we are still waiting for 2004 compatibility. Shouldn't be too much longer.4. Manualy replace those default FS2004 737,747,777,MD83, ... textures with 2002 or 2004 default repaints. Then edit the aircraft.cfg to show the appropriate airline. This is what I have done while waiting for my UT update.SteveCYYZ
