help adding new planes

Recommended Posts

Guest

I'm trying to add new planes to fs2002. I've downloaded 3 or 4 airplanes from the file library and unzipped them into their own folders in the aircraft directory. But they are not listed when I try to select an aircraft from within the sim. Just the default planes are listed. I have a p4g-force 3 ti200256 ramwin xpI could use some pointers here. Do I need a patch or a compiler file... or something? Or am I just installing them wrong? Also, if there are any outstanding well build planes out there with quality flight models that you think are must haves, I welcome your feedback. Thanks for any help.

First of all read the read me if it is a good designer they will tell you what needs to go where. If you are still having problems you may not have enough hard drive space. You will also find better compatibility and little to no system crashes if you install the entire game onto your hard drive. That is what i did and i have no problems. Good Luck:) :)
