Windows isn't showing second hard drive as a usable drive

Got my new system up and running, in device manager it shows both SSD drives, but it only assigned one to the C: drive, the other isn't visible as a drive to use. Any ideas??

Figured it out - just had to go into the device manager (I'm still used to the fdisk days lol). Formatted when I added the partition.
