hello,I have installed version 4 in Fs-9 under windows 7 64bit.Installation goes fine (no default directory, installed as administrator). However, when I satrt the sim and load the Cheyenne (all versions) only part of the cockpit works. There are no radios (they work but no digits visible) and some of the overhead switches will not budge (Pitot heat among them).I have searched some forums, found that I cannot start the plane in virtual cockpit (which I hate anyway some that was/is not the reason for it not working)Can anybody give me some advice on how to solve this problem?)thanksLuc BrusselmansBelgium.

I have the cheyenne v4 installed on my system with the same setup as you(win-7 64bit) with no problems at all. I would suggest asking the same question on their support forum at http://www.forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?showforum=106Hope it helps.Gabriel Silva
Thanks,I will give it a try....In the mean time, I have uninstalled the cheyenne.Unflyable is the only word for it.ThanksLuc Brusselmans

Hello, this is an update to my own post.I have solved my problem with the cheyenne (but did so by pure luck)Since I never had any errors showing while installing the plane, it was impossible to know where to start troubleshooting. When I tried to install an older plane (ATR 72 by flight1) some sthings fell together. After installing I noticed that the configuratuin program refused to run BUT at least it gave me a clue where to look.I found that there were filles from which I was locked out (even as an administrator). As it turned out, it was my virusscanner that blocked acces to certain files.I thought I turned it off (and I did) but there was one setting that prevented me from changing certain registry keys. The rest is history... I installed again and noiw all is working fine.Luc BrusselmansBelgiumps. for those interested, the scanner is Webroot Antivirus. When go go in gamermode, there are still some functions active.Be sure to turn off the 'execution shield' when entering gamer mode.If you don't, some files and key in the registry are locked.
