Fs9 Freeware Aircraft - Any Good ones??

Featured Replies

Any suggestions for a good freeware aircraft for FS9 that works well?To date, I have found only the Twin Otter. Most of the others, seem to be FS2002 retreads with alias cockpits, or have operating bugs. Stanner

Well, that depends on what kind of aircraft you're looking for.For a fantastic light twin, search the file library for Milton Shupe's Aero Commander 520, 560, and 680 Super. They're great...gorgeous exteriors, nice panels, mostly-clickable virtual cockpits. They are my favorite planes in FS9 right now, next to the default DC-3.You can also just go into the Extended Search for the file library and check out everything in "FS2004 Original Aircraft," and see what strikes your fancy. :)Lewis "Moose" GregoryColumbia, South Carolina
