October 9, 201015 yr Does anyone know of a good program to test motherboards for failures (something like to Memtest86+ but for motherboards)? I keep getting blue screens, seems to be memory related but memory passed 10 hours with Memtest86+. October 11, 201015 yr I don't think there's any software to test mobos. There are many different architectures and I don't see how any software could possibly test a mobo and all it's different parts the way memory is tested.have u tried one stick at a time? Are the BSOD happening ramdomly? while stress testing? Have you checked your event viewer? This might help: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
