Hi Niklas,VoxATC do control AI traffic as this is an essential part of controlling ATC communications. This has been a feature of all versions that I can remember.Problem could be if you have one of the popular Traffic add-ons AND also some 'local' traffic files, that sometimes comes with sceneries.Normally its best to rename/delete these 'local' traffic files.

Oh i see, the thing is i clearly remember an old version that "made up" its own chatter, that had nothing to do with the AI-trafic on the airport or in the air.

I'm currently using VoxATC with My Traffic X, and testing my setup at KORD (O'Hare Chicago) with 40% AI traffic, Vox is handling it great! I just sat at the end of the runway watching and listening to the tower send and receive the traffic, ran smooth. Key notes though. Vox does not run My Traffic X flight plans, it just uses the planes it installs. (from my understanding reading the manual) Vox only interacts with AI that is generated from its own slider (found in the Vox folder in its own setup), so if you don't set your FSX traffic sliders to 0 some of the planes may not interact with Vox. I did have Vox working with Project AI traffic on my XP setup a year ago, but since I upgraded to Win 7 and had a lot of trouble installing PAI , I gave up and went to My Traffic X. I only began testing my Vox with My Traffic X , one problem I am having is, I load a flight plan and all the AI load and work at my departure airport. 40% which is a hefty load especially at KORD. I fly around and over neighboring airports like KMDW, and it only has 1 plane. Tried a few flight plans at different airports and get the same results. I gotta tinker some more.
