What is wrong with McPhat?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,What in the world is wrong with McPhat's website?! Long story short, their website is extremely slow and cumbersome. It took me forever just to get signed in and one item in my cart. I would put an item in my cart, and then go to my cart, and it would be empty, stuff like this kept happening. So finally I actually got an item in my cart. When I click checkout, it takes me immediatly to step 2/2, which is the confirm order page. It wont let me put in my payment info. It says at the bottom that I selected paypal, but I didn't, and I don't want to. When I manually click on step 1/2, the page 'refreshes', but it is still on step 2/2! It becomes impossible to order a product. All I want to do is pay them money for a product, which is something that you would think they would like and want. I just don't understand why it has to be so hard to do something so simple. I would post on the McPhat forums, except I can't figure out how to! AND I can't find any contact info what-so-ever. I'm tired and running on empty, but I don't think I'm THAT dumb. If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it! If it matters, the product I'm trying to purchase is the CS 757 World Airliners 1.Thanks!
