I think they mean you need not purchase anything ELSE besides the PC. Bit confusing indeed, and might open up possibilities for a lawsuit against someone if you can't enter without buying a PC (I'm sure you are now suffering severe psychological damage for not being able to enter that prize draw, right?).

The key word is automatic. Otherwise you have to do it manually.
