Ken Salter quickly responded and directed me to the pinned item in the Library Forum. Need to set browser to Passive FTP mode in the advanced Internet options menu.Thanks Ken sorry I missed the obvious info but pulling the trigger is easier than seeking sometimes.Dick KLBE
