I run FS9 on Win98My specs are belowAMD AthlonXP2400+. MMX. 3D Now. 2.0GhzRadeon 7200series with Omega 2.6.18 driversSB Audigy 2 Sound card.I cannot at present afford to upgrade any further.I run FSUIPC 3.08 on normal defaults and also use FS Nav.After weeks of fiddling and swearing I have settled to running at Mode of 1152x864x32. Ican run all sliders to the right except Water effects LowNo lens flare or sun glareWeather Sight 60 milesCloud draw 70 miles3D % 100AA is switched off on the sim but not on my card.Cloud coverage high The autogen file is altered and the Terrain avalue altered to 0 as advised in other posts.FPS locked on 35. I get usually double figures it rarely drops below 6 and then not for long. I get the odd short lock.Is there anyway I can improve smoothness with FSUIPC or any further alterations to FS9 CFG. Running in higher modes drops the FPS.As I said previously I cannot afford to upgrade as yet.I would be much obliged for any hints
