IFDG and Project Opensky Aircraft nose crashes

Featured Replies

Okay,Forever now both in FS2002 and 04 I cannot seem to land the 767's without the plan sinking into the ground and crashing, either the nose wheel first or one of the mains. I have been flying on FS for over 4 years, and have almost 1000 hours of flying in this sim and I am tired of this enough now to post about it. I thought it may be just me, but Ive seen mention of this before and I have varied flap and approach speed settings numerous times, along with being agitated at the extremely high angle of attack this IFDG flies at on approach. Please offer some insight,Eric

hi eric, this is a funny old game[ecuse the pun] at times, i,ll help you and prahaps someone could help me, i flew the project open sky 767-200 with a panel from a 737-400, now depending what you think about flying planes with different panels ,each to his own, but it flys great in level flight and lands ok nose about 2/3 degrees up ,try this 737-400 panel ver4 by targan unutmaz,734pnlv4, you can find it here at avsim, now can anybody help me with the 747 cause i have the same trouble that you have with the 767,i would love to fly the bloody thing but it drives me nuts, i get one good landing in about six attemps or there abouts and i have tried all sorts of panels , anyway eric see how you get on ,regards:-)

There aren't any specific FS2004 FDEs for the POSKY planes yet. So you've got to expect to have some issues until such time as they're released :)
