September 30, 200322 yr Commercial Member While sitting on the ground....looking at and hearing the raindrops is a fairly good representation of the real thing. However, in the air it is totally unreal. In the 2D panel mode the rain drops are quite visible coming towards the aircraft, which again is good visual representation, but as soon as they make contact with the windsrcreen it looks as if you were still sitting on the ground. In the Virtual Cockpit mode, you do not see any interaction with the windscreen at all. You see the rain flowing around the aircraft but not making contact with the wind screen. For those of us that fly we know that the rain should be streaming and beading off to the sides of the aircraft. This I thing would be some good visual representation if it is feasible.I am not a programmer or designer of any sort.....just a beta tester. Is there anyway of rectifying this? If so I will be more than happy for input on the matter if this was a previous topic.Kroswynd KROSWYND a.k.a KILO_WHISKEYMajestic Software Development/Support Sys 1: AMD 7950X3D, NOCTUA D15S, Gigabyte Elite B650, MSI 4090, 64Gb Ram, Corsair 850 Power Supply, 2x2TB M.2 Samsung 980s, 1x4TB WDD M.2, 6xNoctua 120mm case fans, LG C2 55" OLED running at 120Hz for the monitor, Win11.
