I don't recall reading any procedures for ground refueling then getting ATC procedures for selecting runway, taxi, takeoff ect..Here is the scenario; After landing and contacting ground control, your given options to taxi to gates or taxi to parking. However, if you want to refuel you have to taxi to the refueling area to top off your tanks. Fine, I taxi to refuel and top off the tanks. Are you supposed to then taxi to the gates or parking for the sequence to complete before you can then contact ATC for runway selection, taxi, takeoff options?Is there anyway to reset the ATC functions if you elect to refuel, park there for the night, then come back in the morning and resume your trip?Should I taxi to parking or the gates after landing then use keyboard entry to refuel?Should I wait to refuel prior to taxi and takeoff the next morning?Suggestions for proper procedures please!

The way FS2004 works is that you have to top off then taxi to your gate/ramp, otherwise you won't get the options to taxi/takeoff in your ATC menu.
