Where can I find some frame rate friendly general aviation aircraft for use with AI traffic. Project AI and AI Aardvark have great commercial aircraft but I do not see any general.

You can read the review of it at www.simflight.comAt around $30 it isn't the cheapest deal in the world, but I am a very happy MyTraffic 2004 user and have plenty of GA traffic, as well as plenty of commercial traffic, and some military traffic.
