Driving past Boeing Field today, I caught a glimpse of the new 747-400ER. It was a very picturesque scene, the brand new 747-400ER next to the "Spirit of Everett" (the first 747). I only wish I had a camera to show everyone. If you live in the Seattle area, go check it out, It looks really great (even as an Airbus fan ;))

Hey Scott,I think the majority of the modifications are internal with extra fuel tanks in the belly of the aircraft.
