.air editing (AI models)

Featured Replies

Hi folks, after a bit of help with what may be a futile mission here.I use the WOAI models with squawkbox whilst flying online in fs9. At the moment they display with their gear permanently up which is obviously not ideal. Now in FSX it's simply a case of editing the cfg contact points to resolve the issue (thanks to 'bojote' for writing the program to make all that possible), but in fs9 SB/fs seems to ignore the contact points, and reads the gear information from the .air file. That leads me to the question, does anyone know which fields I might edit in the WOAI models .air files to show the gear in a static down position? I've had a look through them with AirEd, but haven't been able to see any values which may apply.Would thoroughly appreciate any input as I'm SO close to having a proper set of great online models, and seeing as it does work in FSX, I'm sure there must be a way for fs9 also.Cheers!
