November 1, 201015 yr Hi at all,Yesterday I have bought a new Extended download for the 737-600/700 and one for the 737-800/900 because I've lost the original download.What can I do now? I have some problem with the support desk, I can view my previus order whit link expired..ecc.. but the system can't verify my mail... he send to me a verification mail but when a click or copy the url, I have costantly "page not found".Is this a problem for processing my Extention dowload order?Thak you so much and pleasePs: sorry for my poor english :(
November 1, 201015 yr Commercial Member I reset your download links - you should receive copies of the original purchase emails shortly that have the links in them.I don't know why you can't bring up the verification page for the ticket system - we had someone with the same issue last week and when he sent me his link, I was able to get to it just fine.EDIT - actually can you try something for me real fast? Go to run, type "cmd", and then in the terminal window that pops up, type "ping support.precisionmanuals.com" without the quotes - tell me what happens. If an IP address comes up, tell me what it is. November 1, 201015 yr Commercial Member Ok, that's the wrong IP. Your DNS server isn't updated with our support site's current IP.
