November 6, 201015 yr Hello fellow simmers.I have a couple of questions regarding undocking 2D panels and moving those to a second monitor, fx. FMS, radios etc. for easier access.- Is this an easy thing to do if I just connect a second monitor to my graphics card?- Will it have any impact on frames?- Can it be done with FSX in full screen mode or do I have to use windowed mode?Thank you in advance.Heino Heino Nikolaisen Copenhagen Denmark Q6600 2,4 ghz stock 8600 GT 512 MB 4 GB RAM Windows 7 64bit, home edition CH Yoke, CH Throttle quadrant, CH Pro pedals, Microsoft Sidewinder, Track IR 4, FSX Acceleration PMDG 747-400, MD11, JS4100 (all with FS2CREW), 737 NGX A2A Piper cub, B-17, B377, Razorback, Spitfire (all accu-simmed)
November 6, 201015 yr I think only in window'd mode. I'm not 100% sure though. Just right click on the panel and drag it to the other monitor. It should have much of an impact on fps, if there is. I think it should be pretty easy to do. I'm doing the same thing with FS9 on my laptop, because my FSX computer is broken. Alexander Brinson
