Greetings! I´m about to leave my old PC and would like to hear your thoughts about these core hardware choices. Do they "play nice" together? I´m also wondering about the CPU and GPU, is the performance of the pricier ones worth the extra cost? Perfect for a single GPU set-up. Pick the I5 760 because the only difference with the I7 870 is the little extra stock clock and Hyperthreading (useless for most games)As for the card, you won't notice any difference in FSX, so it all depends on how much you want to spend and what other games you play.What would help the most in FSX is overclocking the CPU, but then you would need a decent aftermarket cooler (20 - 30 $ minimum) and maybe faster RAM, but it's worth it, and really fun . How much is that Kingston set? If you can get some Mushkin redline or blackline they're usually very cheap and fast (not sure in Sweden though)

Thanks Dario, I changed to 1600MHz RAM and have just placed the order (marginal cost increase). Looking forward to getting things set up :D
