Maybe I missed something, but I do not think they have a 400 model.The fact that you say "and others", makes me wonder. Airplanes do not fly in cruise at a zero degree pitch. Restraining from going into the aerodyamics of the cambered airfoil, I will just point out that you will always be flying at a slight nose up pitch at cruise. Are you seeing this with the aircraft clean? In autoflight? Can you post a picture out your front windscreen?
