FFX 738 w/winglets problem

Hi everyone! I hope I'm not boring you with the little problem I have w/ the Hapag Lloyd 737-800 model by FFX/SGA (the one with the winglets). The model itself is just superb, however as soon as I'm in the cockpit and look out back/left and back/right, the fans wouldn't move, even though they do as soon as I look at the plane from the tower and spot plane views. Why?? I bet it's something banal that I didn't think of. Still thanks for any help, for I hate looking out the window and see the fans not moving.. >:[ I would've asked FFX directly, but they seem to be somewhat unavailable right now :) CF
