Multiplayer won't connect

I am having a heck of a problem here. Multiplayer won't connect at all for me. I am using Kerio Personal Firewall but it doesn't seem to be the firewall as I uninstalled it and still couldn't connect to a multiplayer session. Is there maybe something in the FS9 configuration file that I need to change?
