Lag strobe lights

Hi tried the autotweaker and used it to change some of my settings, made even Heathrow flyable. Great tweaks, but i found something new, as always in FSX. I was doing an evening flight at PHNL. all was going well untill it started getting dark and the runway strobe lights started up, then i found my screen would freeze everytime the strobes reset to there beggining. It also happened on another runway, but i looked away for a moment then the effect seemed to stop. Not sure what tweak will stop this. Well it will have to waith gone away for a week.
