Drummond Airways Virtual

Hello everyone. I have been floating the idea of starting a VA for some time now, and have finally decided to make it happen. The airline will be called Drummond Airways. It will have a Domestic/International hub in Detroit Metro (KDTW) Michigan, and a Regional hub in Marquette Sawyer airport (KSAW) Michigan. It will fly Domestic, International, and Regional/Commuter flights. Right now I am looking for people with experience in VA management, webs design, etc.. and anyone who is willing to help. All of those interested will automatically get a spot as a pilot when the VA is up. Thanks for any help you guys!A little more info:Drummond will not be one of those, fill-in-you-email-adress-and-go-right-to-a-747 type airlines. There will be a structured rank system, which will get more detailed later. I also plan on all pilots having a virtual salary based on time at the company, length of flight, and ranking.The fleet is planned to consist of; BAe J31, Fairchild Metro III, CRJ-200, DHC-Dash 8-300, CRJ-900, A319, A320, A330, A340, B777-200, B777-300, B747-400 (you gotta have one! :( )57 planed USA/World destinations, so you won't get bored!
