December 9, 201015 yr I recently discovered what I perceive to be a problems with the aircraft exterior lights, the Nav,Rotating Beacon and strobe lights can hardly be seen during day operations and even at night they can hardly be seen, also during night operations the passenger cabin lights are not visible (guess they all sit in the dark) all the afor-mentioned should be visible clearly on the outside view of the A/C.Further when loading the Panel state for a particular flight in the passenger config. and select either long or short time the A/C is on the ground, only the freight config. loads properly, in the passenger config. it should load with engines turned off, APU off and on external power, but this does not happen.Any one have any suggestions on the above.???Thanks you
