well i download the new water textures, and when i putthe water effet slide to high and re star FS9, the slider is back to medium and i cannot see the new textres, whatcan i do?? thnks in advanceGreetings :-wave

I'm sorry to say this but your graphics card probably doesn't support DirectX 8.1, thus the effect doesn't work.I recommend you search for Ed Truthan in the library and get his great ocean textures. They're of a different kind and they'll work with your card.Don't forget the file OceanFX 2.00 which will enhance use of the files.-Daniel

Yeah those gForce 4 MX cards do not really seem to support DX9 - even my good old gForce 3 does. *sigh* :)Good luck anyway.Etienne :-wave
